The emphasis in his delivery is always on sharing experiences and using experiential learning techniques. He firmly believes learning by doing is the most effective way of developing new skills and behaviors.
Dan is exceptionally passionate about improving business skills for people working in China and now specializes in topics around innovation and cultural intelligence. Of course, due to his vast experience, he is also proficient in providing communication skills and team-building training. Dan has been certified in providing 360° feedback and has given such feedback to dozens of managers across China. He is also working to complete his ICF ACC certification.
