Sharon is a facilitator and consultant with international flair and a passion for getting results. She is a specialist in leadership and talent development and has been active in HR consulting since 2004.
Sharon started her training career as an on-stage Mandarin interpreter working with over 30 English-speaking trainers. It was this experience in immersing herself in different trainers’ styles and performances that led her to demonstrate the art of training. She also made a conscious effort to work in different types of training to develop the breadth in course material required by her demanding clients. She is skilled in experiential learning, soft-skilled development, skill-based teaching, custom in-house workshops, and assessments in several systems.
She is certified in the following assessment tools:
• Certified professional behavior analyst (CPBA), certified professional values analyst (CPVA), and certified professional TriMetrix analyst (CPTA) by TTI Success Insights
• Certified HBDI practitioner for thinking preferences
• Certified administer for Leadership Circle Profile, which assesses leaders’ key competencies as well as underlining beliefs and assumptions
• Hogan-certified user for implementing and incorporating into their leadership development and/or talent management initiatives
Her clients are from diverse industries and include technology, pharmaceuticals, medical device companies, hospitals, banking, FMCG, automotive, all the way to manufacturing industries. Sharon also works with clients on HR-hiring projects by using assessment tools.
