Process Development Program

DESCRIPTION

Complex businesses run on processes, but in many cases processes aren’t in place or need to be improved. In this two day workshop, the project of deciding and implementing what process to create or improve is explored. Trainees plan, analyse, redesign, implement, and decide how to continuously improve a process. They learn about how this change impacts stakeholders and common risks when trying to modify processes.

Finally, they decide on a real world process that they would like to change and have the opportunity to present their plan to their classmates, with the ultimate goal of bringing this into their jobs.

This course is designed to:

• Clarify the purpose of process management
• Offer some process management tools
• Get staff thinking about how they can manage processes to increase customer satisfaction
• Increase awareness of how processes impact multiple stakeholders

All modules in this program are based on ClarkMorgan’s TAPE methodology, ensuring trainees practice the techniques and are evaluated by the trainer before moving to the next skill.
