Managing Change

DESCRIPTION

Change is a natural component of business strategy and viability. However, the process of change is often de-motivating for staff and results in a loss of productivity due to misalignment of tasks and confusion over responsibilities. This Change Management course aims to provide valuable tools for senior managers, prior to launching change within their organisation.

Each module is based on the ClarkMorgan TAPE methodology, which ensures that trainees are guided as they practice the new skills, and are evaluated before moving onto the next module.
