Motivate Staff by Different Tools – Annie Xu
ENGAGING CHINESE EMPLOYEES is not all about money and promotion. Rather, belonging, accomplishment, recognition, development and enjoyment are more important. So says Annie Xu, HR Director in China of Tektronix, a leading test, measurement and monitoring technology firm with head quarters in the USA. Annie goes on to say that of these five factors she has personally seen recognition as a major motivator of Chinese staff.
Annie has worked in HR since 2001, and has worked in Beijing, Dalian, and Shanghai.
