CHINA AND FRANCE SHARE A LOVE of ‘conviviality’, that is, a love of sharing good food and wine with friends and loved ones. So says Nicolas Clement, Executive Director China Strategic Accounts at Aden Services. But his is not just Clement’s belief. Hunan Television has reported that providing high quality food to retain staff has been the strategy of Alibaba, one of China’s most successful companies. Alibaba also happens to be an Aden Services client.

First established in Vietnam in 1997, Aden Services first set foot in China in 1999 and now boasts over 15,000 staff serving clients in over 40 cities. Worldwide, the company has 18,000 staff with operations in South-East Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
