    What Danny says is easier said than done though. HR and line managers are often time restricted, and don’t have the luxury to pick and choose. Especially in emerging markets. But in general I agree that job descriptions are only a ‘guide’ and that the personality and hidden skills should be drawn out to aid the business in ways that were not as obvious at the point of employment.
