|Texas Instruments – Cross Cultural Influencing Skills Training
TI is an American company that designs and makes semiconductors. The company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and is the third largest manufacturer of semiconductors worldwide. After a very successful training program last year, Rupert Munton was invited to Shanghai and Shenzhen to deliver two sessions of Cross Cultural Influencing Skills, which included six fully customised case studies and a Q&A.
|Luxottica – Creating a Feedback Culture
Luxottica is the world’s largest eyewear company, controlling over 80% of the world’s major eyewear brands. In June the company launched a global feedback culture program, and ClarkMorgan was invited to develop the pilot program. In August, ClarkMorgan ran the program in Singapore with South East Asia country leaders joining the program. Morry Morgan customised and delivered the program, which also included ClarkMorgan Insights videos.
|Henkel – Sales Development Program
Henkel is a 15 billion euro company, with a growing presence in emerging markets, where global sales account for 42% of business and where 54% of its people are employed. ClarkMorgan has been supporting Henkel since 2007, and in August worked alongside the Professional Campus team to create a fully customised sales and negotiation course for management trainees. Trainers Sai Yan, Maggie Nee, and Morry Morgan trained three separate groups for this two-day course.
