What’s Been Happening at ClarkMorgan?
>>> China business for the year doesn’t kick into gear until after the Spring Festival break is over. And this year the festival landed on February. Early February was therefore full of re-signing contracts, planning training dates, researching and writing articles, as well as filming new ClarkMorgan Insights. Here’s what we got up to:

Every month, ClarkMorgan publishes business insights from leaders across Asia Pacific. In February, we interviewed Dr Mona Chung, author of ‘Doing Business Successfully in China’, as well as her other China-centric publications. WATCH: ‘In a High Context Culture, Beware of Throwaway Lines‘.

Lenovo – Motivational Leadership

Lenovo Group Ltd is a Chinese multinational computer technology company with headquarters in Beijing and Morrisville, North Carolina. ClarkMorgan has been working with Lenovo since 2008, and more recently in February we ran a Leadership program for the C-level suite. Trainers, Rupert Munton and Maggie Nee, facilitated the program.

Daimler – Team Building

Daimler is a German automobile manufacturer, most known for its brand ‘Mercedes-Benz’. ClarkMorgan has been working with Daimler since 2009, and in February we helped the company kick off the new year with a two day Team Building in Beijing. Rupert Munton, and account manager, Mitchie Tang facilitated the program.


Standard Chartered – Presentation Coaching

ClarkMorgan runs big training programs with hundreds of trainees, as well as small one-on-one coaching sessions. In February, ClarkMorgan co-founder, Morry Morgan, coached a senior member of Standard Chartered team in Presentation Skills. Standard Chartered PLC is a British multinational banking and financial services company headquartered in London. The company has over 87,000 employees, located in more than 70 countries.


Nissan – Intensive Business Writing

Nissan Motor Company Ltd. is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer, headquartered in Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Japan. In 2012 the company announced that it was going to build a $785 million US dollar plant in the northeast of China, to challenge competitors, VW and GM. Along with this physical growth has come the professional skills development to allow the company to expand globally. This year ClarkMorgan is rolling out a number of Business Writing and Presentation Skills programs which are being facilitated by Jamie Dixon.
