|What’s Been Happening at ClarkMorgan?|
|>>>||It was a BIG month of training across Asia-Pacific for ClarkMorgan trainers in January. Programs were run in Beijing, Dongguan, Guilin, Melbourne, and Shanghai, as many clients squeezed training into their calendar just prior to the Chinese New Year. Here’s just a quick sample of what our team achieved:|
|SOME OF JANUARY’S CLIENTS|
Alpla – Management Development Program
Alpha develops and produces plastic packaging solutions for multinational firms, including Unilever, Procter & Gamble, and Henkel. The company was established in Austria in 1955, and today has 16,000 employees and a turnover of 3.13 billion euro.
The first session of a four-session, fully customised Leadership and Management program was delivered by Jeff Lunz in Shanghai. Twelve factory managers from Alpla’s multiple sites around China came together for a four-day program which included by management skills, Hogan Assessments and fun team building activities.
Ausin – Sales Fundamentals
Ausin is a property investment company with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. The company helps Chinese investors purchase Australian property, as well as provides immigration and visa services.
Two sales trainers were invited to train the Australian team in Sales Fundamentals in January. Trent Leyshan and Morry Morgan, both published sales authors, ran a two day program with 16 Ausin staff from the Sydney and Melbourne offices. Training was conducted bilingually as staff consisted of both Chinese and Australian.
Luxottica – Management Fundamentals
Luxottica is the world’s largest eyewear company, controlling over 80% of all major eyewear brands. ClarkMorgan has been supporting Luxottica in Shanghai, Dongguan, Hong Kong and Singapore. In January, Yan Sai trained Management Fundamentals to middle managers at Luxottica’s Shanghai office. Already in 2015 our leadership and management programs are our most popular courses.
