SOME OF OCTOBER’S CLIENTS

Ikea is the world’s largest furniture company, with 2014 revenues as of August of €29bn. China is home of eight of Ikea’s 10 largest stores, and has become Ikea’s fastest-growing market, as the mass migration into cities helps create a middle class with money to spend. ClarkMorgan has been supporting Ikea’s growth since 2011, through the development of management in the China headquarters – Shanghai. Mondelez International is an American multinational confectionary, food and beverage conglomerate, employing around 107,000 people. Formerly known as Kraft Foods until 2012, Mondelez has a current market capitalisation of 59.23 billion US dollars. In 2014, Mondelez’s China HQ asked ClarkMorgan to develop a mini-MBA program that would incorporate specific case studies, processes, and senior Mondelez directors into the curriculum. Jeff Lunz and Yan Sai first consulted the HR department to create the scope of the project and then developed trainer and trainee workshop content. Senior directors were also coached on how to deliver components of the program, and the program was rolled out in October this year.

Sagemcom – Presentation Skills

Sagemcom is a French communicating terminals developer of set top boxes, internet boxes, and electricity meters.
