Jamie Dixon has worked in the field of learning and development for six years, both as a manager and as a trainer.
In his former role, Jamie was a Training Support Manager for Amway China. In this role Jamie was responsible for communication and coordination of learning and development projects between China, South East Asia and the US, and was the only foreigner within a team of 7000 employees. Jamie’s experience in training and development also draws upon research conducted for his Masters Degree in Global Human Resources Management with the University of Liverpool. He joined ClarkMorgan in early 2011 and is one of the company’s most popular trainers.
