Self-Leadership Online Course: A 150-minute e-learning course that teaches individual contributors how to get the support and guidance they need through 7 interactive modules. (Optional pre-class assignments, post-class reflection and sharing).

Self-Leadership Essentials Online Course: A 35-minute overview of the essentials covers the core content of the Self-Leadership Online Course.

Digital Assets: Learners have readily on-demand access to micro-activities (videos, interactions, and worksheets) to help with ongoing learning, performance support, reinforcement, and customization of the learning process.
