ClarkMorgan began in Shanghai, where we are still headquartered, with a simple belief: corporate training should be useful when people go back to work.
Over 25 years we have grown alongside multinational and leading Chinese organisations across Asia Pacific. The challenges have changed, from rapid growth and cross-cultural teams to distributed work and AI. The principle has not: make learning practical, let people practise, and focus on the behaviour that matters.
