Practical AI for work

Help people use AI to perform their jobs better.

Practical AI training should not be a tour of tools. It should help people improve real work: the reports, emails, analysis, meetings and client conversations they handle every day.

What participants learn

Build habits, not just prompts

ClarkMorgan helps people use AI confidently and responsibly, inside the tools and rules their company has already approved.

  • Build repeatable AI workflows for recurring tasks
  • Create and improve prompts that get reliable results
  • Use AI to prepare, research, write, analyse and communicate
  • Work within company policy and data restrictions
  • Check AI output with human judgement before it goes anywhere
  • Identify where AI saves time, and where human skill matters more
Who it's for

AI training shaped around real roles

Managers & leaders

Plan, decide and communicate faster, and lead teams that are adopting AI.

Account & sales teams

Prepare for clients, research accounts and draft proposals with AI support.

HR & L&D

Use AI for job design, learning content and people processes, responsibly.

Whole teams

Agree shared ways of using AI so good practice spreads across the team.

Microsoft Copilot

Designed around your actual tools

Where Microsoft Copilot is your approved corporate platform, we design the programme around your actual Copilot environment and licences, so participants practise with what they will really use on Monday morning.

Where other tools are approved, we work with those instead. Every programme respects your company's data and security policies.

How we deliver

Human skills stay at the centre

AI changes how work gets done, but judgement, communication and leadership still decide the outcome. Our AI programmes follow the same T.A.P.E. method as all ClarkMorgan training, and can be delivered in English or Chinese, face to face or online.

Choose the work you want to improve

Practical programmes. Recognisable business tasks.

Start with the needs of your people, then select the tools and exercises that fit their work. Programme scope is agreed with you before delivery.

Business writing with AI

Bring clarity to emails, proposals and professional social posts. Use PDA: Purpose, Details, Action to give AI a useful brief, then refine the message for its reader.

Practice: improve a draft, adjust its tone and make the next action clear.

Practical AI foundations

Build confidence through everyday tasks. Learn to provide context, improve an initial response and recognise when an answer needs checking.

Practice: turn one recurring task into a workflow you can repeat.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

Connect learning to the Microsoft environment your team actually uses. Exercises are selected around your licences, access and approved ways of working.

Practice: work through relevant writing, preparation and information tasks with human review.

Account and office teams

Apply AI to client preparation, proposal drafting, internal communication and everyday coordination, using examples suited to the role.

Practice: create a reusable brief and review checklist for a familiar task.

Marketing and content

Explore how AI supports ideas, business writing and visual communication while keeping audience, message and brand decisions with your people.

Practice: develop and compare drafts against a clear communication brief.

Team adoption

Help teams identify useful applications and agree how they will use, check and share AI-assisted work.

Practice: select a workflow to trial, name an owner and agree what success should look like.

Inside a workshop

A better email starts with a better brief.

Our business-writing material connects communication skills with AI. The aim is a message that helps its reader understand and act.

The PDA approach

  1. Purpose: What must this message achieve, and who will read it?
  2. Details: Which facts, context and tone does the reader need?
  3. Action: What should happen next, and by when?

Draft with AI, compare alternatives, then check accuracy, tone and the requested action before sending. Use approved examples and tools during practice.

From workshop to workplace

Leave with something you can use.

A task worth improving

Choose a real work challenge and define what a useful result would look like.

A tested way of working

Practise giving context, refining drafts and checking output, with facilitator feedback.

A next step

Agree where to try the workflow at work and how to review its usefulness with your team.

In-person, virtual and blended formats are available. Tell us your team's roles, current experience, preferred language and approved AI tools so we can shape the programme.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Which AI tools do you teach?

The ones your people can use. Outside mainland China that is usually ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. Inside mainland China we use tools that work without a VPN, such as Doubao. If your company has an approved tool, we build the course around it.

Do people need any experience?

No. Practical AI for Beginners starts from zero. Everyone works hands-on with their own tasks.

Is it safe to put company information into AI?

Not into public tools. We teach people what never to paste in, and why paid and company-approved versions are safer.

Is this a technical course?

No. It is for business users. For technical teams we offer the Large Model Training Camp.

English or Mandarin?

Either.
