The client

The client is a Japanese automobile manufacturer with manufacturing bases in 20 countries and regions. It provides products and services to more than 160 countries and regions around the world.

The challenge

The company wanted a team building event for 120 staff members. The goals were to improve cross-functional understanding and integration, and to promote the company's core values and a common business goal.

What we designed

ClarkMorgan ran a one-day event led by two experienced trainers, with two photographers and two supporting staff.

The result

The event gave people insight into each other's working styles and a full picture of the team and its character.

By building rapport and positive working relationships, it helped staff understand how to motivate, influence and persuade within the team. Overall, the team improved how it communicates and cooperates.
